Jasper products are shipped, fully insured and with tracking, from our factory in Green Bay, Wisconsin, typically via UPS Ground. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on the location of the customer and may vary greatly if the product needs to be shipped outside of the continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally).
All shipping costs, including insurance, applicable taxes, and delivery charges, must be covered by the customer. Once the product is shipped out from our facility, any risk of loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the product becomes the customer's responsibility.
Within the continental United States, we will cover return shipping costs for warranty service only if the guitar is found to be defective under the terms of our warranty.
After receiving an instrument, the customer has a 48-hour window in which to request a return. Call us during normal business hours to start the return process and receive return authorization. After being granted authorization, the customer has 7 days to ship the instrument to the Jasper factory. The instrument must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and show no signs of use. Customer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described. Upon receipt, the instrument will be inspected to assess its condition, and the customer will pay for any necessary repairs.
Refunds for any reason will be processed minus a 10% restocking fee. International sales and sales of guitars built custom for specific customers are final and ineligible for returns.
In the event of a dispute or mitigation regarding the purchase, repair, or exchange of a Jasper product, all legal proceedings must and will be settled in a court of law (Federal or State) located in Brown County, Wisconsin. Jasper Guitar Company®, LLC reserves the right to refuse engagement in legal settlements at any other location, either within the United States or abroad.
Jasper guitars come with a limited lifetime warranty that covers repairs and exchanges due to defect or malfunction on the part of the manufacturer. Each warranty is automatically registered, at the time of purchase, under the name of the original purchaser/owner and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners. Warranties for pre-owned Jasper guitars are not available.
